Brenda Lafuente anunci\u00f3 una objeci\u00f3n para mantener abierto el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan Lafuente, la fiscal Carlota Navia consider\u00f3 que el caso corresponde a la jurisdicci\u00f3n familiar y que el menor no estaba desprotegido porque permanec\u00eda bajo su custodia.
